About the Gastrointestinal Surgery Center
During the past twenty years, the city of Mansoura has witnessed a tremendous medical boom in the establishment of specialized medical centers. It was for this reason that the city of Mansoura was called the medical capital of Egypt. One of the most prominent of these edifices is the Digestive System Surgery Center.
Liver transplant unit
The liver transplant project at the Digestive System Surgery Center did not start from a vacuum, but was preceded by long experience in gastrointestinal and liver surgeries, as the Digestive System was one of the first medical centers to perform advanced surgeries in liver surgeries.
