GISC is characterized by its ability to diagnose diseases with the latest diagnostic methods in this field. The center has radiological investigations such as ultrasound, CT scan, and CT angiography. The center also contains ERCP which play a major role in the diagnosis and treatment of This type of diseases. After the diagnosis of such diseases, the center provides therapeutic role depending on the latest medical methods such as:
- The use of interventional radiology in the chemo-embolization of liver tumors
- Use of interventional radiation for stents insertion to treat bile duct obstruction.
- Use of ERCP to extract stones and stents insertion to treat bile duct obstruction
- Surgical intervention using the latest technology in this field by highly experienced surgeons.
